A union ironworker by trade, Gary founded Titan on the belief that the best-run contractor is one where leadership has done the hardest work themselves. His portfolio spans Vineyard Wind, MGH, MIT, Harvard, Yale, and South Station.

Ray leads Titan’s operations with more than a decade of experience managing complex government, defense, and offshore energy projects.
